We Believe… We believe Isaiah 53 is prophetic scripture that is foundational to our redemption, through Jesus Christ, spiritual and physical. Isaiah 53:6: “. . . the Lord hath laid on Him the iniquity of us all.” This verse provides for our salvation. Isaiah 53:4, in the Hebrew, “Surely He hath borne our sicknesses, and carried our pains.” This verse provides for healing.
In the New Testament, these passages in scripture are mentioned again. Matthew 8:17: “That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Isaiah the prophet, saying, Himself took our infirmities, and bare our sicknesses”. If we can believe that God laid our iniquities on Jesus, and because He laid our iniquities on Him, there is salvation for us. The Greek word for salvation is ‘sozo’ which means whole or complete – salvation – saved, healed, & delivered. Because He loves us so much, Jesus paid it all!
We believe the Word is the seed, that when planted will produce much fruit. Before we pray, we share God’s word on living in the fullness of God: salvation, divine healing and deliverance. Sharing God’s Word produces prevailing faith in the hearer that becomes the substance of things hoped for and is evidenced in the manifestation of healing and victory. Hebrews 11:1- “Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see” (NIV). Hebrews 13:8- “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever” (NIV). In other words, Jesus has not changed!
We believe there is a filling of the Holy Spirit that is available to every Christian. The Holy Spirit has an anointing that produces power and can be received and increased through a yielded life. The infilling of the Holy Spirit is a special experience following salvation, as experienced throughout New Testament times, and empowers believers for effective witnessing and service.
Each prayer servant in this ministry must be called by God, yielded to His Holy Spirit, and draw daily from the Word of God. In addition, each person will make prayer and devotional time a daily priority and will continually give God the Glory for what He has done.
Filled with compassion for people, the prayer team members dedicate their lives to helping those bound by hurt, pain, sickness, and trauma, that they may find freedom and wholeness to discover God’s amazing plan for each of our lives.
